Fantastic opportunity for a detail orientates Sales Order Administrator to join a forward-thinking and dynamic team within a leading company in Bordon.
This role is on a temporary basis for 3 months offering £13.50ph, weekly pay and the chance to expand your skill set.
The role involves providing essential support to the sales team, managing stock allocations, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring the smooth delivery of materials and customer service excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage stock allocation, pre-orders, and back-orders using SAP to ensure timely and accurate processing.
Work closely with the sales, purchasing, and operations teams to resolve any issues with supply and demand.
Assist in the production of sales analysis reports for management.
Coordinate the distribution of stock to retailers, ensuring all deadlines are met.
Maintain open communication with suppliers, ensuring all events and activities align with brand guidelines.
Take ownership of the events calendar and ensure event materials are accurately labelled, packed, and shipped.
Deliver high standards of customer service, keeping customers informed and addressing any queries.
Support the sales team in achieving their targets by providing administrative and logistical assistance.
Skills & Experience Required:
Essential:

Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
Experience in Administration.
Proficient in Excel and working knowledge of SAP for order processing and stock management.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines.
Team player with the ability to work independently when needed.
Good communication skills and experience liaising with both internal teams and external suppliers.
Desirable:

Experience with CRM systems.
Previous experience coordinating events or working within a distribution/fulfilment setting.
