Are you a compassionate and dedicated nurse looking to make a real difference? Our client is seeking a Registered General Nurse to work day shifts for a new, person-centred nursing home based in central Nottingham. This role involves supporting individuals with dementia, mental health issues, and challenging behaviours.

This role offers a competitive hourly rate up to £22 per hour, along with some fantastic benefits. Enjoy paid breaks, ongoing training, and an appraisal bonus. Plus, you'll be working in a supportive environment with a multi-disciplinary team.

Our client operates a longstanding care group committed to promoting health and well-being. They provide high-quality, holistic care in a welcoming and friendly environment. The home will have excellent staffing ratios with 2 nurses present on-site at all times.

As a Registered General Nurse, you will:

- Provide person-centred care to residents with complex needs, dementia, and mental health disorders.
- Work alongside a multi-disciplinary team including Occupational Therapists, Psychologists, and more.
- Manage and prioritise workloads effectively while remaining calm under pressure.
- Engage with residents, promoting their well-being and quality of life.
- Ensure all care plans are up to date and accurately maintained.

The ideal Registered General Nurse will have:

- A positive, patient, and flexible attitude
- Excellent communication skills
- A passion for engaging with working-age and older adults
- Ability to multitask and prioritise workloads
- NMC pin (required)
- At least 2 years of social care experience
