Peacock Sourcing Limted are currently recruiting for Handyman to work for their well established client based in Southwest London.
In this role you will join a team of talented operators that form the core personnel of the company, being responsible for completing all types of property maintenance work, this role also has the potential for bonuses and commission and travel expenses will be covered by the client.
Working Hours
Flexible hours.
37.5hrs to 60 hours per week - Dependant on how much work you accept.
Daily unpaid breaks 1 hour.
Pay
£15 - £17 per hour
Duties:
* As a Handyman you will be responsible for completing all types of property maintenance work (plumbing, simple electrical, painting and decorating, repairing furniture, doors, etc)
* Pest control work, particularly steaming of rooms with suspected or confirmed bedbugs.
* Our client also provides handyman services to surrounding businesses and homes and the successful candidate will be required to be involved in this side of the business as well. (The client will cover travel expenses)
Experience:
* Any electrical experience is advantageous.
* Familiarity with using hand tools and power tools
* Previous experience as a Handyman working on property, design, repair, woodworking, DIY, painting and decorating and or plastering is advantageous.
* Strong attention to detail with a key focus on quality control
* Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination
This contract is open ended as the business is rapidly expanding and ramping up work over the coming months.
