Quality Inspector
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Quality Inspector to join a family-run manufacturing business based in Hythe.
About the Role:
As a Quality Inspector, you will play a key role on the shop floor, ensuring that products are manufactured to the highest quality standards and meet customer specifications. This is an active position that requires a hands-on approach. You will be expected to move between our three quality areas, gaining comprehensive knowledge of our Quality Control procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
Inspect and ensure components produced meet quality standards and customer specifications.
Gain experience across all quality areas to understand full QC process.
Collaborate with team members and use strong influencing skills to maintain high-quality standards.About You:
Enjoy working with people and have strong interpersonal and influencing skills.
Self-motivated, with a friendly and flexible approach.
Experience in a quality environment, with the ability to read engineering drawings and use measuring equipment (preferred).What We Offer:
