Gas Supervisor (Worcester & Surrounding Areas)
Are you an experienced Gas Supervisor looking for your next exciting challenge? Join a growing company that’s expanding its new M&E department! Our client is looking for a driven, down-to-earth individual to support their M&E Manager in shaping the future of their business.
Location: Worcester (with regular travel to Manchester & surrounding areas)
Salary: £50,000 + £5k car allowance
Role Type: Full-time, Permanent
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct regular site visits to ensure project progress and compliance.
* Provide accurate quotes and estimate project costs
* Manage subcontractors and oversee day-to-day operations.
* Build and grow a high-performing team
* Drive the business forward with effective team and project management
About You:
* Strong background in gas services
* Experience in quoting, pricing, and managing projects
* Excellent man-management and leadership skills
* Ambitious, approachable, and excited to help grow a new department
* Willingness to travel as the business expands
