We're working with one of the UK's leading niche insurance brands as they seek a Customer Retention Manager in a newly created role, to head up the development of their customer retention/Email marketing strategy.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a candidates experienced in marketing automation / triggered emails, and with strong data analysis skills to lead their future CRM strategy. The position is home based with a funded visit to London required on average once or maximum twice a month, and a few team building events a year.

Key Responsibilities:

Retention Strategy Development / Churn Analysis
Customer Segmentation
Loyalty and Referral Programs / Lead GenerationAbility required:

Proven experience in customer retention/email marketing role for a B2C business
Excellent analytical skills
Strong understanding of customer lifecycle management
Experience in developing and managing customer loyalty programs.
Proficiency in using CRM software and marketing automation tools.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Strong project management skills
