Join our client’s ICT team as an IT Services Support Engineer. This role is essential in ensuring smooth IT operations by providing first and second-level support for all users across the EMEA region. The ideal candidate will have experience in IT support and a strong knowledge of Microsoft systems, networking, and user support.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide immediate solutions to common IT problems to minimise disruption
Manage and track support tickets, ensuring timely resolution
Assist users with hardware and software setups, including troubleshooting
Maintain system performance, ensuring reliability and availability
Set up user accounts and configure permissions
Escalate complex issues to relevant teams when necessary
Manage IT assets and provide user guidance on best practices
Requirements:
Apprenticeship in IT or previous experience in IT support
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Operating Systems, M365, Active Directory, and basic TCP/IP networking
This role is 37.5 hours per week, Monday-Friday with hybrid working on offer 2 days per week.
