The Role
Working in an established Service Centre, the successful candidate will already have experience of managing a service desk. Working as part of a team, focusing on delivering high levels of customer service.

The Salary
The salary is dependent upon the individual skillset, however, ranges from £28,000 to £32,000, with the additional opportunity to earn bonus, enhanced through ongoing training and development.
