Help prepare educational materials to assist in student learning.
What we're looking for:
Experience working with children with SEN is highly preferred.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships with pupils, staff, and parents.
Patience, empathy, and a calm approach to meet the diverse needs of the children.
A relevant qualification in Supporting Teaching and Learning (e.g., NVQ Level 2/3) is advantageous but not essential.
Flexibility and adaptability to respond to different learning challenges.
