Experienced Learning Support Assistant - Secondary School (SEND/SEMH) - Southwark

Are you passionate about supporting students with SEN and SEMH needs? A vibrant and inclusive secondary school in Southwark is looking for an experienced Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join their SEND department, working directly under the SENCO.

**Key Responsibilities:**

Provide personalized support to students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) and Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs.
Collaborate closely with the SENCO and the SEND team to foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
Support students both in mainstream classes and through targeted interventions within the SEND department.
Assist in implementing individualized learning plans to promote academic and emotional development.

Demonstrated experience working with SEN and SEMH students, ideally within a **mainstream secondary school** setting.
