Job Title: Reward Specialist
Salary: £55,000pa
Location: Bristol

JGA are partnered with a professional services firm seeking a Reward Specialist on a permanent basis.

For this role, we are ideally looking for candidates with a professional services background.

Responsibilities:

Implementing total reward packages.
Reviewing benefits and market research
Reviewing and authorising monthly payroll
Leading on HR Systems reporting
Working with external benefits partners
Skills required:

Understanding of Reward processes and cylclical activities
Experience managing project work
Excellent organisational skills
HR reporting experience.
