Job Title: Area Sales Manager
Job Overview:
Our client a leading UK wide HVAC company are looking for an Area Sales manager to join their team based in Peterborough.
As an Area Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and driving sales operations within your patch. Your primary objective will be to enhance sales performance and achieve revenue targets through effective team management, strategic planning, and customer relationship management. You will serve as a crucial link between the company's sales strategy and its execution on the ground.
Hours: 08.00 – 17.00 – Monday/Friday
Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 plus commission and car
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy and Execution:
* Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business goals.
* Identify new market opportunities and customer segments to drive growth.
Customer Relationship Management:
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
* Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
* Conduct regular visits to customer sites to assess needs and identify opportunities.
Qualifications:
* Proven experience in sales management, preferably within the HVAC or related industry.
* Strong leadership and team management skills.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to analyze data and market trends to drive business decisions.
* Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
* Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
* Willingness to travel within the assigned area as required.
Working Conditions:
* This position requires frequent travel within the assigned area.
* The role may involve working in a variety of environments, including office settings, client locations, and trade shows
