Lead Software Engineer / Developer
A brilliant opportunity for a Lead Full-Stack Developer who has a strong background in leading and managing junior Developers while overseeing the building of applications using React in an agile environment, to join an industry-leading software house in Milton Keynes. This role offers the chance to lead a team spearheading user-centered design and iterative development, while delivering cutting-edge software solutions.
Location: Milton Keynes, hybrid working
Salary: Up to £85,000 per annum + bonus + benefits (depending on your level of experience)
Requirements for Lead Software Engineer / Developer
* Prior experience in a role where you were managing or leading Software Developers
* Solid commercial experience using React within a front-end/full-stack role (this role is predominantly managerial but some coding will still be required)
* You're keen on progressing in a software leadership role
* It would be beneficial if you have knowledge in C# or Golang
* Any experience in working with micro frontend architectures or on cloud infrastructures would be beneficial
* Previously worked in agile environments
* Strong collaborative communication skills
Responsibilities for Lead Software Engineer / Developer
* Lead a team of Developers
* Oversee the design, build, and maintain applications using react
* Work within an agile environment
* While this role is predominantly managerial you will also write clean maintainable code
* Engage in code reviews
* Proactively propose new solutions based on your industry knowledge and from staying up to date with the latest trends
