Technical Support Representative
Our client, a global Manufacturing firm, are recruiting a Technical Support Representative. The role is based in Peterborough, Cambridgeshire and will run as hybrid. The contract is due to start in October.
Job Summary:
You would work with the distribution team
You will give the distribution team the critical requirements that must be met in order to guarantee that the distribution product supports development in each market segment through efficient and effective service capabilities. You will be acknowledged as the principal customer problem manager from the standpoint of Product Support.
Job Responsibilities and Duties:
Responsible for identification, analysis and resolution looking for needs and problems
Establish and fulfil objectives; produce outcomes; recognize and suggest alternatives routes of action; and make prompt judgment
Use judgment to support and promote the following areas: NPI process, process improvement, overall sector development, warranty policy, etc.
Managing distributor product support accounts
Managing OEM OEM Product Support accounts
Lead for customer issue resolution
Management/adjudication of warranties
Minimum Required Skills:
- Managing Conflict
- Commercial exposure
- Project participation
- Understanding 6 Sigma
- Ability to communicate effectively and work independently
