Office Manager
You will manage a small team to deliver high-quality proactive business support, facilities, and office management. This is an office-based and full-time role.
Role and Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Business Support team
- Appropriately delegate tasks across the Business Support team
- Oversee facilities management including remedial work, dealing with contractors, and general caretaking of office premises
- Oversee associate onboarding and administration
- Proactively manage, maintain, and optimise business infrastructure including telecoms
- Manage compliance including GDPR and Cyber Security across the business/health and safety management
- Undertake induction / new starter requirements and appropriate paperwork/administration
- Support the creation, development, and maintenance of professional proposals, reports and
large PowerPoint presentations
- Provide support for any project / online portal submissions
- Coordinate company events and conferences
Qualifications and Experience
Essential:
- Minimum 3 years experience in an office management or a similar administration role.
- Good team leadership/people management skills
- Excellent / Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and computer software
- Excellent / Advanced and creative Microsoft PowerPoint knowledge, presentations can be up to 300 pages.
- Good written and oral communication skills
- Personable, able to work well in a small team, a relationship builder
- An eye for design style and high-quality delivery
- Ability to work under own initiative and manage personal workload
- Ability to work under pressure ensuring deadlines are met
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills
- Competence in booking flights and accommodation
- Familiarity with office equipment including printer
