Job Description:

We seek a highly skilled Hansen SME to join our team on a contract basis. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Hansen CPQ and Hansen EPC, with a strong background in product modelling and BSS/OSS solutions. This role requires a proactive and experienced professional to plan, sequence, and execute tasks efficiently, contributing to the successful deployment and operationalization of Hansen software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Product Modelling: Conduct workshops and design rationalized product models. Apply knowledge of TM Forum eTOM, TAM, and SID concepts.
• Configuration Management: Configure Hansen software solutions, execute configuration management, and define product data migration strategies.
• Consultancy & Training: Provide product implementation consultancy, develop training materials, and deliver training courses as needed.
• Process & Organizational Design: Design and deploy process and organizational models for the rollout and use of software solutions.
• Functional Specifications: Produce detailed functional specifications for implementation work.
• System Analysis & Development: Analyze current programs, diagnose and troubleshoot issues, and design solutions. Develop new programs and oversee testing phases.
• Multi-Vendor Environment: Work effectively in a multi-vendor, multi-systems environment, supporting QA/UAT/Acceptance testing.
• Technical Expertise: Demonstrate knowledge of XML, web services, microservices, JSON, Middleware/integration technologies, BPM, orchestration suites, and CI/CD tooling.
• Team Collaboration: Collaborate with junior developers, resolve technical and non-technical issues, and contribute to the overall team progress.

Skills and Experience Required:

• Hansen Expertise: In-depth knowledge of Hansen CPQ and Hansen EPC, with experience in product modelling concepts.
• BSS/OSS Solutions: Significant experience in Catalog, Order Management, and Provisioning within telecommunications, cable, or high-tech sectors.
• Agile Methods: Experience working in an agile environment or as part of an agile team.
• Technical Skills: Strong understanding of XML, web services, microservices, JSON, Middleware/integration technologies, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to represent the company effectively in client meetings.
• Team Work: Ability to work with a team, including offshore-onshore models, and to derive component designs and implementation strategies from high-level designs.
• Self-Starter: Proactive in identifying areas for growth and improvement within ongoing programs.
