Location: City of London
Hours: Rotating shifts between 8am-6pm (40 hours p/w)
Salary: £30,000

Our client in the City of London requires a General Office Services Assistant to deliver an efficient service working across print, mail & facilities. This role is an excellent opportunity for someone who has exceptional customer service skills and can work well using their own initiative.
* Assisting with the production of high volume copying, digital print and scanning services
* Print finishing such as binding and folding
* Sort, digitise and distribute incoming and outgoing post
* Booking and arranging couriers as required
* Monitoring and ordering of stationery supplies
* Work within a client-facing work environment, where customer service is the highest priority
* Ensure all work is carried out to the highest standard
Ideally you will have:
* Working knowledge of reprographics equipment/digital printin
* Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team
* Excellent communications skills and have a positive attitude
* PC literate – MS Office
* Accuracy and attention to detail
