Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Shift Lead to oversee operations at our Stockley Park Data Centre. You will lead a team, manage data centre infrastructure, and ensure seamless operations, security, and customer satisfaction during assigned shifts.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and support data centre technicians and engineers during shifts.
* Manage and monitor power, cooling, and network systems.
* Respond to alerts, incidents, and resolve issues swiftly.
* Conduct inspections and proactive maintenance.
* Enforce security protocols and ensure operational compliance.
* Act as the main point of contact for clients and vendors.
* Maintain accurate records of equipment and inventory.
* Collaborate with other shifts to ensure seamless handovers.
Qualifications:
* Proven experience in a data centre environment.
* HV AP
* Strong leadership skills and team management experience.
* Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities.
* Knowledge of industry standards such as ISO 27001, SOC 2, and PCI DSS.
* Willingness to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends
