Our client, medium-sized construction consultancy, is looking to expand their team in Leeds with a Senior Chartered Building Surveyor.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct building surveys, condition assessments, and defect analysis.
Prepare detailed reports, schedules of condition, and dilapidation reports.
Manage refurbishment and restoration projects from inception to completion.
Provide expert advice on building regulations and compliance.
Liaise with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
Mentor and support junior surveyors.Qualifications and Experience:
Chartered status with RICS (Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors).
Proven experience as a Building Surveyor within a consultancy environment.
Strong knowledge of building regulations, health and safety, and construction practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and work under pressure.
