Job Description: M&E Contracts Manager
Salary: £80,000 - £110,000 per annum
Location: Central London

Position Overview: We are looking for an experienced M&E Contracts Manager to oversee the contract management of a residential new build and a commercial office fit-out in Central London. This role offers the opportunity for career progression, with potential advancement to Operations Manager or Project Director. Experience with Tier 1 M&E Contractors and a demonstrated history of longevity in previous roles is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
Contract Management:
Oversee all aspects of contract management for both residential and commercial fit-out projects.
Ensure that all contractual obligations are met, monitoring project timelines, costs, and quality standards.
Manage contract negotiations and variations, ensuring the financial and operational success of each project.Project Leadership:
Lead project teams and coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
Provide strategic direction and decision-making for the project, ensuring alignment with client expectations.
Conduct regular reviews of project progress and performance, implementing corrective actions where necessary.Client and Stakeholder Engagement:
Maintain strong communication with clients, addressing any concerns and ensuring their satisfaction with project delivery.
Represent the company at project meetings and ensure that stakeholder requirements are fully understood and met.Progression Opportunities:

Proven experience as an M&E Contracts Manager within Tier 1 M&E contracting.
