Site Manager - Fast Track Fit Out (Restaurant Projects)

Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 per annum

About the Role:

We are seeking experienced Site Managers to join a dynamic team working on fast-track fit-out projects for a leading hospitality contractor, specializing in restaurant and pub refurbishments. This is an exciting opportunity to manage high-profile, fast-paced projects, ensuring timely delivery while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage site activities for restaurant and pub fit outs.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and the project management team.
Maintain health and safety compliance on-site.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery. Requirements:

Proven experience in managing fast-tracks fit-out projects, particularly within the hospitality sector.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams and subcontractors efficiently.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Knowledge of health and safety regulations and a commitment to maintaining a safe working environment.
