Our client, a global leading electric equipment and energy storage system manufacturer is looking to hire a Project Planner to work for their UK subsidiaty located in Surrey.
1. The Role and Responsibility
1) Generating and managing the project programme/schedule using the relevant software such as Microsoft Project and Primavera P6 or other tools as reasonably requested by the Customer for various multiple projects ensuring clear, timely and accurate information.
2) Advising and Supporting the development of the detailed project Refinement and Execution programme, integrating Contractor programme, internal Project Management, Financing, and Engineering activities, and Regulatory/Consenting requirements, ensuring alignment with key project milestones and schedule drivers.
3) Identifying critical path for the project and for the criticality of work scopes and ensuring that potential delays to critical activities are identified and mitigated.
4) Co-ordinating / participating in interactive planning sessions, risk workshops, progress, budget, and forecast reviews and lessons learned sessions.
5) Assisting with Project Management decision-making by providing a clear and concise analysis of impacts of schedule delays and mitigation strategies.
6) Other duties as reasonably required by the Company
