£28k - £35k Annual
Full-Time
Our client is looking to expand their team with a skilled and dedicated water hygiene plumber for a full-time, permanent role. This is a fantastic opportunity for a plumbing professional who is eager to take on diverse and challenging projects across the UK, with a primary focus in the Midlands. The successful candidate will be instrumental in ensuring the safety and efficiency of water systems, playing a key role in the installation of unvented cylinders, cold water storage (CWS) tank replacements, TMV installations, and a variety of other essential plumbing tasks.

Key responsibilities will include the installation of hot water cylinders, as well as the removal and replacement of tanks and cylinders with new and unvented systems. Candidates must be fully qualified and confident in handling these tasks to ensure they meet the highest standards of safety and performance.

In addition to these core plumbing responsibilities, the role offers the chance to broaden your expertise. While not a strict requirement, experience in related areas—such as servicing water softeners or working with specialized equipment like chlorine dioxide dosing units—would be highly valued. Our client is committed to the ongoing professional development of their team, so even if you’re new to the water hygiene industry, comprehensive training will be provided to bring you up to speed.

This position requires a high degree of flexibility, as national travel is a key component of the role. You must be willing and able to work away from home, with frequent travel across the UK, including occasional overnight stays. Despite the travel demands, our client values work-life balance and strives to provide a supportive work environment where employees can thrive both professionally and personally.

What’s on Offer:

* Salary: £28,000.00-£35,000.00 per year, reflecting your experience and qualifications

* Additional Pay: A performance-based bonus scheme to reward your hard work and dedication

* Benefits: A robust company pension plan to help secure your future

* Schedule: Consistent Monday to Friday work, allowing for weekends off

* Work Location: This is a field-based role, giving you the opportunity to work on-site across various locations

If you’re a proactive plumber looking to make a real impact within a growing company, this role offers both stability and the opportunity to expand your skill set in the water hygiene sector
