Our client, a leading company in the water sector, is currently seeking a Project Manager and two Project Engineers to join their team due to an urgent need to implement various non-infrastructure schemes across the region for Anglian Water. This is a permanent opportunity with availability for part-time or temporary positions that could lead to permanent roles.

Key Responsibilities:

Managing and overseeing the lifecycle of water-related projects from initial planning through to completion
Collaborating with various teams and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of projects
Implementing mechanical solutions and ensuring they meet industry standards and client requirements
Monitoring project progress, managing budgets, and reporting on project status
Providing technical support and guidance to project teams
Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and environmental policies
Problem-solving and addressing any issues that arise during the project execution
Maintaining strong client and stakeholder relationships through effective communication

Job Requirements:

Experience in project management or project engineering within the water sector
Strong mechanical background; knowledge of M&E (Mechanical & Electrical) is beneficial
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field is preferred
