Platinum Recruitment is working in partnership with one of the finest hotels in the Channel Islands and have an exciting opportunity for a pastry chef to join their team to work with their extremely experienced Head Pastry Chef.

45 hours per week over 5 days

All pastry items and bread are made on site and they are looking for a Pastry Chef de Partie with at least 5 years experience in a 4-5 star kitchen, ideally with the majority of time working in or looking after pastry.
