Customer Service Operative Wanted In LUTTERWORTH!
Logistics People are looking for Customer Service Operative to join our team.
Location: Lutterworth, Great Bear
Working Hours:
Monday - Friday 06:00 - 14:00 Shifts Available
Pay rate: £12.35 P/hr
Position: Customer Service Operative
As a Customer Service Operative for Logistics People your role will consist of various duties including but not limited to:
Recording and communication of delivery incidents
Ensure customer and client queries; dealt with by Ambient Customer Service staff are handled in a timely and professional manner and to the satisfaction of the customer
Ensure customer/ client reports are accurate and communicated in accordance with agreed timeframes
Ensure customer/ client non-conformance is properly recorded and fed back to the client and corrective action taken
Ensure delivery discrepancies are properly recorded and investigated and the outcome communicated to the client
Support Investors in Excellence initiative by examining internal and external processes with a view to driving improvement throughout the business
Ensure all ISO requirements are fully satisfied and complied with
Support the Ambient Customer Service Manager in the implementation of new policies and procedures
Ensure adequate cover (including contingency) exists across all shifts
Ensure self and staff are properly trained and perform duties to the required standard
Completion and circulation of non conformance reports and control reports to relevant stakeholder
Skills & Competencies:
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Planning and organising skills, high level of numeracy
Negotiating skills, ability to influence and steer
Ability to work without direct supervision
Adaptable and methodical approach to work
Conscientious and reliable
Excellent communication skills in order to deliver accurate information
Ability to work efficiently and accurately under pressure
Effectively prioritise work load in order to meet set deadlines
Able to work as part of a team or individually
Able to work effectively and communicate to the correct level
Professional, approachable and helpful to ensure smooth running of the general operation
Consumer orientated and customer service driven
