Key Responsibilities
**Patient Care:**
- Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care to residents
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor patient health and record vital signs.
**Clinical Duties:**
- Develop and implement individualized care plans
- Perform diagnostic tests and assess results
- Provide wound care and manage chronic conditions.
**Team Collaboration:**
- Work in concert with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
- Communicate effectively with residents and their families regarding care plans and medical concerns.
**Regulatory Compliance:**
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
- Adhere to all nursing home policies and healthcare regulations.
Qualifications and Skills
**Required:**
- Fully qualified Registered Nurse with a valid NMC (Nursing and Midwifery Council) Pin
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Excellent clinical and caregiving skills.
**Preferred:**
- Experience in a nursing home or geriatric care setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
