The Role
We are looking for an experienced Infrastructure Specialist for our client. This role presents an opportunity to lead our clients' support services for Identity and Access Management.
The Opportunity
In this role, you will play a critical role in delivering outstanding service by managing and resolving technical issues related to identity and access management. Your focus will be on enhancing the quality of these services, driving continuous improvement and ensuring a seamless experience for all internal users while maintaining strong security protocols and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Extensive Identity Management Experience: You possess deep experience in handling large-scale identity platform implementations
- Familiarity with Related Technologies: You're experienced in working with other identity-related tools, such as Intune and Microsoft Endpoint Manager (MEM), to enhance system security and performance.
- Service Management Awareness: You understand key service management processes and metrics, and appreciate their value in driving performance and operational efficiency.
- Authentication Systems Expertise: Well-versed in a variety of authentication protocols, particularly SAML and OAUTH
- Strong Active Directory Expertise: You have in-depth knowledge of Active Directory authentication methods and architectural design, ensuring secure and efficient access management.
