Description
- Provide BAU IT support to the business ensuring that a high level of customer service and support is provided at all times.
- Log, respond to and update IT Service Desk requests ensuring response and resolution in-line with SLAs.
- Provide support to users via telephone, email, teams/remote sessions and in-person.
- Liaise with internal staff, stakeholders, 3rd parties and suppliers.
- Escalate problems where necessary to management or third-party suppliers.
- Support junior team members by acting as point of escalation for issues.

- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Confident, clear and professional telephone manner
- Positive, enthusiastic, proactive approach required.
- Resilient, able to adjust to a constantly changing environment.
- Good problem-solving skills, analytical and inquisitive. Detail oriented, with a high level of accuracy.
- High level of self-autonomy. Ability to work remotely/independently as well as with others as part of a team.
- Good team player with ability to share and discuss potential solutions.
- Well organized with strong time-management skills, able to meet deadlines.
Job Offer
