Prestigious and UK renowned West London Education Establishment, urgently requires a dynamic, talented to Service Centre Manager to help lead their team to the next stage of their evolution
The role will be both challenging and varied and involve:
- The strong Leadership & Management of Service Centre/Service Desk Teams
- High awareness & commercial experience of Customer Care & Customer first
- Continuous Service Improvement - ITIL V3
Key Technical service areas will include:
- Endpoint and Application support (Windows, MacOS, iOS and Android)
- Virtual Desktop Infrastructure support/End User Computing management platforms
- Print services/Endpoint security services/Teaching and learning IT services
To be considered you will have demonstrable experience:
- Leading and managing a Service Centre/Service Desk environment with multiple teams ideally within an Education setting
- ITIL v3 +
