We’re looking for a Principal Recruitment Consultant to join our New York team. We want people who are confident, a team player and relationship builder with a flair for negotiation and persuasion. They’re also a listener, able to anticipate the needs of others and communicate clearly. This is a sales role first and foremost, being financially motivated is a must.
As a Principal Recruitment Consultant in New York, your role is to maintain, identify, pitch, and develop exceptional client (businesses), and candidate relationships within a very lucrative market.
Sourcing highly skilled candidates is in our DNA, and providing a quality service through headhunting, interviewing, and being the go-to-Consultant is our mission. As you'll know coming from recruitment, the role is fast paced providing you with a variety of opportunities, daily.
The role:
Build long lasting relationships with candidates and clients.
Business development, building new client relationships through cold calling, meetings, and networking.
Keeping up to date with industry knowledge and mapping out your market
Finding the best talent in your market by networking, headhunting and other recruitment efforts
Creating job adverts
Negotiating with both clients and candidates
You will need:
Proven ability to build a client and candidate base within your niche market.
Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
Excellent verbal and written communications skills

30 days Annual leave
1 week work from any office (including our international location
