Seeking a Qualified Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LPCC, LCSW)!
Job Description:
The Outpatient Therapist will provide high-quality, therapeutic services to clients, ensuring their mental health and well-being. The Therapist is responsible for conducting assessments, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, maintaining accurate documentation, and collaborating with other internal and external professionals. This role also involves participating in outreach and marketing efforts to promote services and attract new referrals, contributing to the overall mission of delivering comprehensive mental health care.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $120,000 to $130,000 per with full benefits
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct initial assessment and administer required standardized screening tools.
Gather relevant information necessary to accurately diagnose and treat patient; such as, mental status exam; functional impairments; behavioral health, substance use and trauma history; patient strengths and potential barriers to accessing services.
Join with patients to develop individualized treatment plans aimed at addressing identified mental health symptoms of concern and presenting problems
Employ culturally competent, trauma-informed, best practices during psychotherapy.
Make essential referrals and connections to community resources through care coordination and by helping patients prioritize needs.
Requirements
Skills & Qualifications:
● Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy or Psychology. (LMFT, LPCC, LCSW)
● Must hold Active license in California (LCSW, LPCC, LMFT,)
● (2) years therapy experience with crisis counseling and working with adults, children and families in an outpatient setting desired
● Excellent written and oral communication skills, strong organizational problem-solving and analytical skills.
● Ability to understand and adhere to established policies, procedures, protocols, and the ability to make timely and sound decisions.
