Salary: $100,000 to $105,000 per with full benefits
Responsibilities Will Include:
Conduct patient assessments to determine appropriate treatment plans.
Provide individual, family, marriage, and group counseling sessions based on expertise.
Perform mental health screenings to identify treatment needs.
Establish a trusting and supportive relationship with patients.
Listen to clients’ goals and assess their needs.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to client circumstances.
Meet with clients regularly for therapy and adjust treatment plans as needed.
Contribute to the practice by performing additional related tasks as assigned.
Requirements
What You Must Have:
Must hold a Master’s or Doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy (LMFT), Mental Health Counseling (LMHC), or Social Work (LICSW).
Must be Active licensed as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Social Worker (LICSW).
Preferred: At least 2 years of experience working with individuals facing mental and behavioral health challenges, including co-occurring disorders, individual and group therapy, or substance abuse treatment.
Excellent knowledge of counseling theories, techniques, and best practices.
Familiarity with current principles, practices, techniques, and trends in individual and family counseling.
