As a Recruitment Consultant/Accounts Co-ordinator, you’ll be based at our office in Droitwich Spa, where you’ll work as part of a small but experienced branch team, supporting key accounts and globally recognized clients with their temporary staffing needs across specialist logistics roles.

You’ll undertake key activities, including:

* Maintaining and building relationships with both clients and candidates while actively seeking additional commercial opportunities and revenue streams.

* Providing first-class and timely candidate resourcing for all temporary positions while building candidate pipelines for future roles.

* Effective administration management for candidate screening/registrations, reference checking, and payroll activities.

What will you need?

You don’t need recruitment experience to apply for the Recruitment Consultant/Accounts Co-ordinator role, but to thrive, you’ll need the following skills:

* Passion for providing great customer service, as well as being a natural problem-solver.

* Proactive and results-driven, able to deal with and prioritize a variety of tasks in a fast-paced role, supporting clients with fluctuating requirements.

* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

* Strong admin and data processing abilities.

* Strong IT/system skills.

Although this is an office-based role, Monday to Friday, 8:30 am - 5:00 pm, we’re a supportive and collaborative business, able to offer some flexibility upon agreement with the Regional Business Manager.
