Package: £20,000 - £30,000 plus car allowance and bonus

Skilled Careers are working with a Main Contractor who after winning a huge amount of work are looking for a Graduate Quantity Surveyor to join the team in London.

The Graduate Quantity Surveyor would be working on a range of Projects such as Commercial, Residential, Education, Super Prime and Student Accomodation. With values from £1m up to £30m.

Duties

The Graduate Quantity Surveyor would be working on a range of Projects such as Commercial, Residential, Education, Super Prime and Student Accomodation.

Able to create and follow clearly set-out processes

Methodical, analytical and organised with an attention to detail

Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

Ability to work well under pressure

Personable and effective team player

Open to feedback with a willingness to learn and improve.

Requirements

A Graduate Quantity Surveyor who has a degree in Quantity Surveyor/ Commercial Management/ Construction

Someone has the ambitions to progress
