Our client is currently in search of two employment attorneys. One with 4+ years of experience and one with a minimum of 15 years of experience. Salary is commensurate with experience.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE NEEDED:
* Must have a well-established and exclusive employment litigation, defencebackground
* _Must have 4 years of employment law defence experience_
* Trial experience preferred, but not required
* Experience with public entity defence a plus
* knowledge of class/PAGA inclusive
* Bachelors and Juris Doctor degrees
* Member, State Bar of California in good standing
* Superior research, analytical, and negotiating ability
* Commitment to proactive case management.
