We are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Administrator to work in a hybrid role ( 3 days in the office and 2 at home ) for an industry leading company in Caerphilly. It's a fantastic opportunity to join a well established team in a fun, lively working environment where you will have access to first class training and development.
This is a varied role where you will be the link between the end customer and the manufacturing facility.
As Customer Service Administrator working hybrid you will:
Use your communication skills to full advantage when handling a variety of calls from customers on a daily basis, liaising with production, planning and logistics
Display attention to detail when accurately inputting details, producing quotes, updating customers on the status of their orders and organising delivery slots
Showcase your organisational skills when responding to emails and queries from various customers, production and dispatch.
Be focused on quality rather than quantity of calls taken and demonstrate an excellent, 'first resolution' approach when speaking with customers.This is an exciting new position with a company that has a solid reputation for developing staff internally. This role will come with excellent ongoing training, and you will have the chance to take advantage of genuine career development opportunities.
