Clinical Deputy Manager

Salary: £58,656 per annum + Excellent Benefits + Paid Breaks

Hours: Mixed Clinical / Supernumerary

Location: Ashtead, Surrey

HCR has partnered with a well-renowned outstanding nursing home provider in leading the search for an experienced Clinical Deputy Manager in the Ashtead, Surrey area. We are looking to recruit an experienced Clinical Deputy Manager with extensive experience in the nursing home sector to support in maintaining an “Outstanding” CQC rating.

The Clinical Deputy Manager will be able to lead, manage, and promote positive behaviors effectively. They will be proficient in safeguarding, risk assessments, and legislation.

Clinical Deputy Manager Duties:

Support the manager in the day-to-day running of the home and staff

Incident, accident, and reporting

To work in line with company policies and procedures

Raise any safeguarding concerns

Clinical Deputy Manager Requirements:

Deputy management experience is ESSENTIAL

Proven records of successful home management

Experienced in working with the elderly

Good knowledge of CQC and Care Standards
