Up to £40,000, 25 days AL + 8 BH, OT Available

The Company

The Role

* Provide and maintain a high level of building maintenance support to our client’s sites.

* Supervise a team of maintenance operatives, work closely with management support staff & the helpdesk ensuring that the service provided meets the contractual requirements and complies with all current regulations.

Working Hours

* 8AM to 5PM

What you'll need to succeed

* Previous Experience in a Facilities role and previous lead or supervisory experience

* 18th Edition, NVQ L3 or electrical apprentice
