Quality Manager

An exciting new opportunity has arisen for a Quality Manager based at a leading polymer manufacturing company based in Greater Manchester. As Quality Manager you will be responsible for ensuring compliance to quality standards. You will also be responsible for monitoring the Quality Management Systems (QMS) within the business.

To be considered for this Quality Manager position you will have previous experience within Quality Assurance. You will also have vast understanding of QMS and ISO 9001.

Key Responsibilities:

Complete necessary compliance documentation.
Monitor and maintain the QMS.
Support internal audits in accordance with systems.
Organise non-conformance reviews and provide solutions to any customer complaints.
Develop new quality systems.
Ensure all activities within the quality department are in adherence to HSE management systems.

Knowledge/Experience:

Several years’ experience within Quality Assurance.
Experience completing root cause analysis.
Understanding of ISO 9001 and QMS.
Previous experience within a chemical manufacturer is high desirable.
HNC and above in a relevant subject.
