Previous experience in A Personal assistant is essential
Experience is a school or educational setting is preferred but not essential.
Experience in Arbor or SIMS is advantageous
Skills:
Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work collaboratively and efficiently in a school environment.
High level of professionalism and hold a professional code of conduct.
Maintaining a fast pace environment Job Responsibilities:
As Personal assistant you will support the Head Teacher with various administrative tasks
Working closely with DFE and Census reports
Deal with confidential files
Prioritising work load and diary management
Collaborate with staff to ensure smooth school operations.
Provide efficient assistance to the school office.Ideal Candidate:
Passionate about organisation and committed to supporting the school's mission.
Enthusiastic, dedicated, and able to work well within a team.
Ability to create a welcoming and inclusive environment for students, parents, and visitors.
