Job Title: Warehouse Manager

Location: Uxbridge, West London

Contract Details: Permanent, Full-time - Monday to Friday (6AM start time initially)

Salary: £30,000 to £45,000 per annum

Plan, coordinate, and monitor material processing.
Motivate and encourage teamwork within the workforce to achieve productivity targets.
Supervise driver management and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Conduct regular stock control checks and maintain inventory accuracy.
Optimise resource utilisation and space management.
Maintain high standards of quality control.
Ensure health, safety, and security protocols are followed.
Perform key holder responsibilities and secure the facility.
Uphold strong housekeeping standards.
Be flexible to suit the demands of the business.Essential Requirements:

Proven people management skills - The ability to lead, inspire, and motivate a team.
Forklift Proficiency - Proficiency in operating both counterbalance and reach forklift trucks.
Strong initiative and decisiveness.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to multitask.
Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
A clean, full driving licence is desirable.Desirable Requirements:

Experience in warehouse management or a similar role.Technologies:

Knowledge of warehouse management systems.
Familiarity with inventory tracking software.
