Job security Auditor – Responsibilities & Requirements

You will provide coaching, mentoring and ensure that all Operatives are receiving the necessary training
You will assess Operatives on sector 12D projects and supervise and audit 12D works on site if required
You will identify Operatives capable of further 12D training
You will deliver Health and Safety briefings and feedback sessions
You will work closely with the Operations Manager and Training Manager to ensure that the workforce is completing all necessary tasks
Must have excellent communication skills
Must have a valid UK driving license About Us
