Parkinson Lee Executive Search are currently recruiting an Interim Head of Finance to lead the financial operations for a fast paced and high growth manufacturing business.

This is a pivotal role in overseeing financial strategy, budgeting, forecasting and reporting while providing insights to drive profitability and operational efficiency, during a period of maternity cover for a period of 12-15 months.

Key responsibilities:

Oversee financial planning, analysis and reporting.
Drive cost optimisation and process improvements.
Manage cash flow, budgeting and forecasting.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations.
Lead and mentor the finance team.

You will be a qualified accountant, educated to degree level or equivalent.
Significant experience operating within a senior finance capacity with demonstrable skills working for an international / manufacturing business.
Strong leadership skills, able to coach, mentor, and organise your team and individuals within.
You will be results driven, analytical in your approach, highly organised with an ability to adapt to changing environments.
Highly skilled in the use of Excel with the ability to interrogate data.
