Experienced Teaching Assistants Needed (MULTIPLE VACANCIES) - SEND Education

Based in multiple boroughs in South London

We are seeking dedicated and passionate Teaching Assistants to support children with special educational needs (SEND) across a range of schools in South London. Our schools cater to children and young adults aged 5-18 with diverse SEND needs, including Autism, SEMH, severe learning difficulties, and speech and language communication challenges.
As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting pupils on a 1:1 basis or in small groups, focusing on their learning development and care needs. While prior experience working with SEND students is beneficial, it is not essential, as comprehensive training will be provided. However, experience in a school-based environment is required, ensuring you have the foundational skills to support students within an educational setting.
Job Responsibilities:
Support children or young adults in their educational development
Provide assistance with personal care, if necessary
Build strong, positive relationships with both students and staff
Hold or be willing to obtain a valid DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) check
Commit to working full-time, 5 days a week, for a minimum of 1-6 months
