About The Job:

As a Database Account Administrator, you will be part of the Data Services team, contributing to various tasks crucial to our client's operations. Your responsibilities will include:

Supplier Engagement:

Develop and manage established supplier relationships
Collaborate extensively with suppliers via phone and email
Resolve or escalate any external supplier issuesData Management:

Analyse and manipulate large excel data sets
Develop a sound understanding of packaging data, packaging levels, and material types
Ensure the collection of accurate information to maintain the in-house packaging database
Conduct targeted data gathering activities
Support system integrity throughoutService Delivery:

Contribute to overall team Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and targets
Strive for continuous process improvement
Work alongside colleagues to build strong working relationships with team members, customers, and suppliers
Attend and support during customer site visitsEssential Attitudes:

- Think Customer: Excellent customer-focused approach

- Show and Earn Respect: Good relationship builder - both internally and externally

- Own it and Deliver: Organised, methodical, and self-motivated, with a high standard of data accuracy and attention to detail

- Pull Together: Can-do, team player approach

Essential Competencies:

IT proficiency in MS systems, particularly Excel
Experience in data entry, analysis, and manipulationDesirable:

Minimum 2 years of previous office-based experience
