Deputy Ward Manager
Salary: £47,092 - £48,139 per annum D.E.O
Location: Wolverhampton, West Midlands
Hours: Full-time, shifts & supernumerary time

Deputy Ward Manager required for a creative private healthcare mental health service who are specialists in Eating Disorders, CAMHS, Acute Elderly Dementia, Specialist Education, and Supported living. We require a Deputy Ward manager to join a high-performing high-tech innovational CAMHS and Eating Disorder service.
Deputy Ward Manager Duties:
To support the ward manager by providing managerial and clinical leadership to the day-to-day management of the nursing team by prioritising and monitoring the workload by ensuring duties are delegated safely and effectively.
The Deputy Ward manager will provide expertise and guidance on delivering nursing care.
The Deputy Ward Manager will support recruitment, staff retention, and ensure safe staffing levels across the service are met.
The Deputy Ward Manager will ensure all regulatory standards are being adhered to.
The deputy ward manager will motivate and lead the team to work towards outstanding nursing care levels.

To already be working in a leadership and management role
To be RMN or RNLD qualified
