Our esteemed client, renowned for their expertise in luxury residential refurbishments valued between £10-12 million, is seeking an accomplished Project Director to lead and oversee all aspects of thier projects. As Project Director, the successful candidate will be responsible for providing leadership, monitoring progress, making critical decisions and maintaining project quality to the highest standard.

Key responsibilities:

Design efficient plans that maximize resources and ensure timely delivery.
Support and guide project managers in leading their teams.
Lead project managers with strategic direction to meet objectives.
Maintain positive client relations through regular communication and updates.
Track project progress to ensure it stays within scope, budget, and deadlines.
Anticipate and manage potential risks to prevent disruptions.
Ensure all legal requirements and permits are in place for smooth operations.
Split time between office tasks and on-site visits to monitor project alignment.
Oversee a dashboard for tracking project metrics and reporting to leadership.
Skills & Requirements:

Proven high-end residential construction experience
