Position: Supply Teaching Assistants
Location: Bridlington, United Kingdom
Salary: £80-100 per dayWe are currently seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Supply Teaching Assistants to join our team in Bridlington. As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in assisting teachers in the classroom, supporting students with their learning and development, and creating a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide one-on-one or small group support to students, helping them with their academic and personal development.
Assist the class teacher with lesson preparation, including setting up equipment and resources.
Support students with special educational needs (SEN), ensuring their individual needs are met and they have equal access to learning opportunities.
Foster positive relationships with students, staff, and parents/carers, promoting a collaborative and supportive learning environment.
Maintain a safe and orderly classroom environment, implementing behaviour management strategies when necessary.Requirements:

Previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar role is preferred but not essential.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate students.
A positive and flexible attitude, with the ability to adapt to different classroom settings and student needs.
A genuine passion for education and supporting the learning and development of young people.
