Payroll Administrator
Salary: 25,200
Location: Coventry
Monday-Friday Full time office based
Are you a meticulous person who has experience in the Financial sector? Would you like the opportunity to work for one of the UK'S largest Recruitment agencies?
My client based in Coventry are looking for an experienced Payroll Administrator to join their growing business on a full time role.
Responsibilities
Reconciliation of supplier statements as a Payroll Administrator.
Resolve older queries on Supplier accounts.
Timely identification and resolution of queries involving liaison by phone or written communication with internal staff and external suppliers.
Provide support as needed for the accounts team.
To assist the payroll manager during “payroll time” and learn how to run all 6 end to end payrolls, taking ownership of 2 of them as a Payroll Administrator
Responding to payroll queries from colleagues
Running payroll reports, plus ad-hoc reports when necessary.
Updating the HR system with pay changes as a Payroll administrator
admin for our Nest Pension Schemes.Experience required
2 years payroll administration experience is essential
Must have End to end Payroll experience
Effective written and verbal communication.
Good accuracy and attention to detail.
Able to prioritise and organize workload as a Payroll administrator.
A willingness to get stuck in and use own initiative.Please note if you do not have the essential experience your application will automatically be declined
